Returns Refunds & Cancellation Policy


Order Cancellation

* Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, which limits our ability to modify orders once they are confirmed.

Return Policy

* If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you for store credit.

* To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.

* Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return request to within 2-3 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

* For returns, we provide a pre-paid label provided through email, subject to a $12.00 fee, which will be deducted from your total return.

* Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your items are received at our warehouse.

* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds for Gift Items

* If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

* If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping for Returns

* To return your product, mail it to: Sneaker Shirts Outlet, 4B Gateway Shopping Center, Edwardsville, PA 18704.

* You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
